Wyakin was foaled on May 27, 1993 by Big Creek Ranch in Oregon and is closely related to our current herd sire, Max, also foaled by Big Creek Ranch. Wyakin passed away July 9, 2004 after contributing greatly to our program.
He was very mild mannered with an in-your-pocket disposition, a gentlemen with the mares and an outstanding babysitter for the foals. Wyakin came from a long line of foundation appaloosa stock, including but not limited to Sundance 500 (through Bambi E), Chief Chelsea, Navaho Britches, Arab Toswirah Alkhar, and High Thunderbird, just to name a few.
